Official licensed soundtrack, produced in partnership with the original composer, Rob Wallace.

At least 25 themes were composed for King's Bounty, but (likely due to catridge memory limitations) only 6 made it into the retail version and were not all used for their intended purposes. Most (if not all) of these leftovers were later implemented into Might and Magic III and Planet's Edge. Unfortunately, only these 6 Genesis versions survive.

Additional note for "Plains":
Due to a programming error, in which the melody is wrongly assigned to non-existent instrument, only a series of clicking is heard. The melody has been restored for the soundtrack, as well as a version without either the melody or clicking.

This soundtrack has been recorded with an authentic SEGA Genesis Model 1 (HD Graphics model).

The archival soundtrack series contains all known music from said title, including 1 second jingles, unused music, beta versions, and more.
